Google is an excellent source for any and all information. And it even takes you above and beyond what your looking for. Couldn't live without it. NBT BANK is a number 1 bank. My husband and I have a business savings account, a business checking account, and a personal checking and savings account. We did have a mortgage but that is paid off and had car loans and they are paid off.

I have had this Bank for for a long time and I love it they have so many ways to help you financially its not just a place that holds on to your money for you.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this NBT bank. I have horrible social anxiety as it is. But I went in to get a money order check to pay my mortgage payment. It’s was my first time doing it by myself and I was alone so I was already a bit nervous. When I started up to the bank teller area I was called up to ,I asked for a “money order check thing” in these exact words. Since I have never done it by myself I had no idea what I was doing. Then the older lady behind the bank teller stand completely embarrassed me by saying well how do you plan to pay. I embarrassed said “I thought I could pay using my bank account”. The teller then says embarrassing me again “well you need a withdrawal slip filled out….. “ and at this point I’m so anxiety filled I lost track of what she was even saying.(since I’ve just started anti seizure medication I can’t remember exactly what she said in that moment)but they said it all with an attitude in-front of other patrons and it made me so anxious that I just said “I’m gonna have to send my brother in because you just made me very anxious.” And she tried to stop me by saying something but I was to anxious I had to get out of there as soon as possible. It was the older lady with the glasses.hopefully my anxiety doesn’t turn into an anxiety attack and then into a seizure like it usually happens.normally I don’t leave bad reviews I normally only leave good reviews but I don’t want someone to have the same situation I had happen to them. I might even close my personal and business accounts out with them….
