They were nice and helpful until I had a ton of experiences in a short time that left me with nothing. My money had been stolen, I've been recovering from surgery, and I do not have a pay check till September. Whoever I spoke to tried to help until I told him I had a dollar left and I need to work with him. How am I supposed to work when in recovery? I have been selling my eggs and other products, but it's only so much. He mentioned they were going to take my car as collateral afteward. It really was a heartless and really inappropriate comment for a month overdue. Thanks for the tears I didn't need after dealing with so much. Appreciate it.

Mike Martinez is an outstanding man who has made my closing an easy experience. He knows his job very well and I am very pleased to have met him.

Ive done business with the Kingston office twice before because they’re so well organized and helpful . This time that office was backlogged but instead of making me wait or use another company, they had another office handle my application. Kevin handled the entire process from start to finish. Can only be described as patient, personable, thorough, and professional! Sharon was just as courteous and conscientious with help and follow up when we thought there was an issue with the bank transfer. An awesome team to work with. As someone who’s managed retail and customer service for over 30 years, I can’t say enough about how well this organization is run and the associates that handle the customer. Especially in such a personal field.

I went for a small loan to tide me over until retirement. Everything was done online and over the phone. I had to go in and sign documents, which was a very easy process. Jeremy was very helpful and offered some nice optional services as well. Very friendly and professional staff.
