Everyone from Diane to Wendy, to Amanda and Brandon Kimball, every last visit is pleasant, quick, and quite frankly rewarding. I enjoy every second I'm in the lagrange branch, even when I'm broke. Great atmosphere, even better people.

Refreshingly uncomplicated and personable service. You really are made to feel like you are joining a family rather than -- as would be the case at a traditional bank -- just becoming another customer. Onboarding is fairly straightforwards, as long as you're on no lists for t3rr0rism. No handshaking due to the 'Rona... but you can lick random lollipops. Picnic table outside, and there are automatic teller machines. Adequate parking in the lot out front, though its layout is odd, having you park against the diamond-shaped planters' diagonal edges. No bathroom available to customers, because 'Rona.

I must say the best customer service I ever experienced and seen was from Deo the manager from Lagrangeville branch. He always goes out his way for the customers and knows how to think outside the box. The best Service I have experienced. Polite and puts the customer first. Thanks Deo for everything. I've used a lot of local banks over the years, but the customer service at the Route 55 branch of Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union is by far the best around. Taylor has helped me a few times now and she's just the best! From explaining different credit cards to me, to taking care of fees that were due to fraud on my account, she's been absolutely awesome.
