I have a small business in Lake George. I visit this branch every Saturday, receiving the warmest hellos and accomplished service. Today I had a deposit of 3 small checks. I listed them but did not total them as I hadn't brought my phone in. Ms. Kayla said "you don't have a total for these?" I said "no, I thought you would confirm it anyway...". She added it, shoved the slip back at me, rattled off the amount and told me to write it in. Rudely. No eye contact, no smile. It was not the service I usually receive there. I suggest retraining for this clearly unhappy employee.

Let's get this very clear, you empty people, machine people.
I am the customer. You are the clerk. You don't get to call the police on Jesus Christ. For handing you a note. That was entirely positive. Customers, I ask you to rate My Note, then you decide whether you want to give this heavy rates, nonsensical "financial" plans, and customer abusing place a shot or not.
For the customers here, I handed some red headed clerk with a bodyguard from the deepest parts of the pits of hell and an attitude that could not be any clearer: We don't want your business.
Well dressed. Professional. The only thing I did out of the ordinary was tell spiritually dead people the truth; Your Beauty is a façade. Your Wealth is an illusion. Life is impermanent and subject to change.
I offered the highest spiritual truths to people who are just not worthy of true happiness, freedom, and liberation. So, as you hand them your gold, and enjoy the hassle of pulling it back out again, with an attitude to boot, welcome to your bank. This is the one, if you like a stinky, small, and, Aum, Unimportant location.
I don't do much banking. There is a reason Crypto exists. So that you don't need to hand your gold to greedy and unimpressive snobs. I mean, if you like snobs, again, welcome to your bank.
Smell ya later.
