I have had a checking account at the Jamestown Engine Plant since I was 14 (my mom worked there for 25 years). I lost my debit card years ago and Centra cancelled it straightaway and overnighted me a new one! A classy move.

Worst service by any bank. They do no answer the phone. Ditch the automated answering machine and hire a person, this is absolutely ridiculous.
