Justin at good neighbors credit union is the absolute best. I have worked with him over the past 2 years during that time with his assistance I accomplished some large goals... refinanced a high interest rate on my car... then obtaining a personal loan to consolidate my debt... I would recommend him and good neighbor credit union to anyone looking to have assistance with their financial needs

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with both branches since I joined. I cannot remember his name but the manager and loan department at the Grant location is amazing I was able to get approved fast. Also any questions I’ve had I was able to get a quick and helpful response from Tim at the other location. Overall very good!!!

I have been a memeber of other credit unions before, but I have never seen a credit union like Good Neighbors go above and beyond to help. They make banking and loan processes so easy. Kathy is the sweetest and most knowledgeable loan officer I have ever had the pleasure of working with in obtaining a loan. I’ve been with this bank for 4 years now. It’s great online banking and when I go to the branches in person I never have any issues. always very friendly and helpful staff. However, when I call, I NEVER get an answer. I am on hold 20+ minutes EVERY time. If I leave a voicemail, there is NEVER a call back. I’ve seen staff answer phones when I go into the branches, but when I call, nothing. I’m on hold as I type this, it’s been 30 minutes.

Good Neighbors has helped our family so much! They gave us a line of credit and a business account when no one else would. Now our lawn service and landscaping company has the legitimacy we always dreamed of! They helped us invest in our future. We pulled our money from the big banks to go local and it was a win win!

Far too many inconveniences. Beware if you get a loan. They are in the middle of no where but they make it extremely difficult to pay them back unless you go all the way out there and pay them directly. Never had any issues with any other company in my life accepting payments… I cant wait to pay off my loan so that I can never deal with this company again.
