Barb was very nice to me and willing to work with me.

The agent I worked with was relatively new in her position but she was conscientious and helpful. The electronic loan application process was simple and fast. The money was available the same day which was a great relief.

Both Kathy and Ray are excellent people. They are extremely respectful and kind. They had to jump through several hoops to get some paperwork I needed, and even got it to me right away. Very friendly people at this location. Highly recommend. Good job 10/10

VERY disappointed in this company and location. We had a medical emergency and needed to take out a loan to meet our deductible. They had been sending me pre-qualified offer emails for months. I filled out an application online Thursday night, called first thing Friday morning and (after multiple phone tags) asked if there was anything they could do to help speed along the process. Both locations I spoke with have no care in the world (they clearly don’t work off a quota). I called Elena twice in the afternoon Friday for an update, you would think she would’ve called called at the end of the day to let me know the status. Of course she didn’t, and here it is Monday at 3:00 and I STILL have not heard back. Maybe OneMain should send their representatives back to customer service school. Highly disappointed.

I just received a loan from one main the loan officer was Lisa from the Depew my office She was very professional and helpful. She went out of her way during the process would recommend her to anyone trying to get a loan

Lisa and the staff have been extremely helpful and professional in helping me manage & rework my loan. I'd recommend One Main to anyone who is looking for financial assistance. The company will work with as best as they can to help & they will check in with you every month to make sure everything is going smoothly for the customers.
