Terrible service, on a 60 month (5 year) loan they do a 25% APR. On $11000 the overall payback is about $20000. Never use this service, you're better off not doing it and just doing door dash till you get the money you need.

OneMain is not a competitive lender. They offer a APR of 25% on a secured loan. That's completely insane. If you have a loan with this company I recommend filing a complaint with the CFPB.

Terrible service, never have I spoken with a lender that was a predatory. They claim they can't go below a 25% APR on secure loan. The average is about 4.5% for a credit score of mid 700. Use someone else. These guys are horrible.

Stay away from the Latham location Lori who has been there for years is the absolute rudest Customer Service rep I've ever dealt with. The rest of the people there aren't any better. They lie about everything just to get you to sign up. They sell you insurance on your loan but if you ever are out of work forgot about ever getting to use it, so much fine print be they don't tell you about. Not surprised however these big corporations are all the same.

I had an excellent experience with them. They were very nice and they explained everything well. This is the second time I’ve gotten a loan from them. Overall amazing customer service and 5 stars.
