KeyBank, Liberty, NY

This is Gregg Perlman I have been with key bank over 27 years never before have I seen fees like I do today. I am disabled unable to get to the liberty bank. I needed life saving medicine and my account was under water. Knowing that Stacy the account specialist refused to refund 30$ so I may pay for my meds. Good going key bank we see who you are interested in…not us

If I could leave no stars I would. Worst bank I have EVER dealt with. According to their “policy,” a cashiers /bank check, which in every other world is considered CASH, has to be deposited into the account; and MAYBE the funds will be available.... WHAT?????? This is only one thing, as there are MANY but not enough room to write. Run far away from this outdated, joke of a bank. Chase bank? A PERSONAL check is available next day... I can’t wait to close this account and never look back

If I could leave 0 stars I would. So unprofessional. The manager screaming across the lobby to the tellers, standing there having a conversation with the tellers while making me wait for 20 minutes. Worst bank EVER

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone I spoke to was more than willing to address any and all of my questions.

Great customer service. There's only one ATM, which led me to vote for a 4 star experience. Rest is ok

If I could give no stars, I really would. DO NOT bank with keybank if you want to keep your sanity. Their numbers are completely off. They give you two papers when you bank with them and both have completely different routing and account numbers. This specific bank is nice. But the company itself is terrible.
