M&T Bank, Little Falls, NY

Worst ran bank branch I have ever seen was told by the teller there was a 10% fee for cashing a check if you don't have an account. Well was not told actually was just shorted in a sealed envelope I opened and counted right there and asked where the missing money was she said there was a 10% fee. So asked for the check back. Later in the day I called to speak to the branch manger and was then told on the phone that the fee was 2%. HHMmmmm Sounds to me like a M&T bank in Little Falls needs to be audited.

M&T has been the worst bank to deal with, this branch included. I gave them a second chance out of convenience after having several issues with my first account, but will be closing my account soon.
