Jan and Nick were amazing to work with. They were there to answer our calls and questions whenever we needed them. They worked above and beyond to get us through the process in a timely fashion I could not have been more satisfied with the experience we had!!

Do not go through OwnersChoice! They sent our escrow payment to the wrong insurance company TWICE, a year after we switched companys, while the correct ins co was on file. We ended up having to make the payment ourselves ($700+) to avoid our home owners being cancelled. Two years later ( Dec '21) we get a statement in the mail saying we have missed 4 payments (Feb-May '21) plus owe late charges,... when the payments are automatically withdrawn from our account!! It just seems like every time we turn around there is some issue with this bank. Not worth the headache!!

We are selling our home this spring in an effort to downsize and will be buying a condo. We have been working with Jan Seeley at Owners Choice; Jan has helped us to understand our options and how this process works. She is extremely knowledgeable and her friendly, easygoing manner makes her delightful to work with. Also, Jan helped to guide me through the online application which I found very easy and user friendly.
