Put cash in atm to deposit and it said there was a problem and didn't deposit money into my account was told I had to wait 10 business days for the money. No one cared that I was inconvenienced. I'm glad that it wasn't hundreds of dollars.

Every time I call I sit waiting for minimum 20 minutes or longer. No local number to discuss checking account. Their reason, no recording of messages. I have an old tape recorder I’ll give them. In this day of technology they Tellers are good at bank, but otherwise it is now 12:20 pm and no response yet. Time to change banks.

We were hacked. Went in and they took care of it. Upfront about money may take time to be replaced. After investigation money put back in account. Fast, friendly, and very helpful. Grateful we are!

Normally no issues with this location, however the hours listed online are WRONG. People have bills to pay and if they cannot deposit their checks they can’t pay those bills. UPDATE YOUR HOURS.

The bank is great but if you go to the drive up teller, don't get the older blonde hair lady. Not nice at all
