Reliant Credit Union, Macedon, NY

Some epecially unhappy tellers here, judging from the complete lack of greeting or smiling. I roll up to the drive thru usually, and they don't even say word until we're done. Is this not considered a customer service position? I'm told by other customers that this is the norm here. It's usually a little better if you walk in Location is nice enough... The building and lot were only built sometime in the 2000s, so they're in good shape. I never have had to wait long - never seemed very busy.

I've been with this institution since 1991. First as WCTA and now as Reliant. In all that time, I have had two experiences that were just slightly less than stellar. In both those cases, they went above and beyond to rectify the situations. I'm extremely pleased with the people and the service they provide.

I've used the macedon and the newark branch and both have been excellent. Timely as well as accommodating
