NBT Bank, Middletown, NY

NBT has been good to us. Sad to see Ashley leave, she was the best! If anyone ever had a problem with her, they were more then likely the problem. She has been absolutely awesome to us!!

The most professional caring team!! For almost 14 years I’ve been fortunate to have all my banking needs handled by the staff at NBT’s Margaretville branch! And they always do so with a smile on their faces... or these days of wearing masks, a smile in their voices. I feel very lucky to have the branch so close to home.

Horrible Manager, Chris Hamilton. He goes "by the book" and does not care about the community. All he cares about is getting fees in to make his quota. No compassion for people who been affected by the pandemeic as well. The staff appear to be imtimdated by him too, I feel sorry for them. He needs to go. Don't bank here until he leaves, go to the Grand Gorge office, much nicer.

This is one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service is nonexistent. The clearing of checks takes forever and I will be banking with Delaware Credit Union from now on. They are so helpful and overall the better bank.

Will no longer be dealing with this bank anymore. I was in there today and I think his name is Mike. He is the black man that works here. At first he says come up, then he says before you come up to a teller you have to be called. There are mixed messages here, and not only that he is very sarcastic, rude, and obnoxious. He had some nickels on the counter and was acting like it was paper work for the fbi, or a murder trial lol. And also he did not want to hand me the money, I had to reach over. This bank is the pits, and also Ashley has attitude too, every time I go In there she acts like it's her time of the month. Maybe her time of the month is everlasting lol. TD BANK IS MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
