Nicole in the contact center was extremely pleasant to deal with. I called in with a lot of questions/ concerns and she was very quick to answer all of my concerns with my accounts. Review Update: VP of Lending personally reached out to me after leaving my review and dug into my file. He was able to turn things around and get the ball rolling again. It was good to see that true business principles are still alive. Daniel recognized that a customer wasn't satisfied with the lending process and was able to come up with a solution and bring the deal to the closing table. I am happy to see old school banking still alive as policies and rules can convolute the end goal. I am removing 2 stars due to the stress and process it took to get to the closing table. The most important factor is that the deal closed thank to Daniel.

i have been banking with WSB for 30 years and absolutely love them. i would highly recommend this bank to anyone if they want great customer service, people who care about their customer and who will take an extra step to make sure you are satisfied. THANK YOU WSB!!
