One of the Best Financial Companies I have worked with in years. The loan process was completed in one day and their loan and customer service Departments are second to none. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Lydia was very welcoming. She was professional and helpful and was able to answer my questions/issues that I had. This was a favorable snd rewarding experience.

The process was quite painless and the representatives help, guidance and knowledge made it so helpful to get through.

I just got off the phone with MIKE! What an unprofessional person and unprofessional place. I took at the loan sometime mid summer. Since then I have made all payments except November. Life happened hubby and I are figuring it all out as it comes. Mike told me that I will be late 30 days if I don't set up the payment, alright I got it. However before he called today he called last week I respecfully ans nicely explained what's going in and I will fix it the best way possible. Today he told asked me why did I take out the loan with the knowledge that I wouldn't be able paying it off. I asked him why on earth would he ever say such a thing. It's rude disrespect and very unprofessional. I need every one aware so many you'll think otherwise before going to them.

I have nothing but great things to say about how comfortable Adam made the loan process. He was very personable and he explained the terms to me very clearly. I would recommend this location for financial needs. You have to trust the process. I was very pleased.

I Love one Main! They are very friendly, with great welcoming,smiles,very patient when asking questions and explaining everything in full detail. Even in the time of covid they really went above and beyond to make sure they could still be there for you.I’ve been with them for a wile so I do know what I’m talking about! The staff in the Nanuet office is truly the definition of FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, etc, etc....not enough words!! Doreen makes you feel so comfortable!! It was great and I will recommend them to anyone & everyone!!!!
