GPO is the best for basic banking- tellers are excellent and I highly recommend. That said, for a mortgage, pre-approval is very quick and easy, final result could be much higher than advertised on website (conventional, 15yr, fixed). Either way, outside of quoted terms including higher closing costs than stated on pre-approval. I'd advise going elsewhere

I have had a very good experience to date with GPO. The staff is always willing to help with any questions that you might have. I have had 2 loans with these folks and they made the process easy as possible. The inside of the credit union was clean and well laid out. The outside has plenty of parking,well landscaped and wheelchair accessible.

They waited a month to let me know that I am approved for a vehicle. I acquired financing elsewhere for it instantly. No rate is worth being ignored.
