I don't understand the couple of negative reviews. Were the authors totally inexperienced with the titling process? I brought a customer to Advantage to finance a truck. They approved him and had documents ready in short order. They worked hard to rush it along and everyone I worked with was polite, friendly and helpful, especially Clare H and Violeta T. I’ve been in the finance business for 30 years and this was a very pleasant process. I highly recommend them.

I would never recommend this bank to anyone, If you are resorting to doing bnusiness with advantage honest to god close your business they will rape you and screw you and put you out of business and then try to make you pay your LEASE when the unit was a horrible bus to begin with that did noting but make your business suffer because of break downs, They lie telling you they do a full inspection on the units when they get them back down to the last light bulb.!!! LIES!!! they use super glue and band aides to fix things RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED BANK.

Horrible customer service, paid a vehicle off that the seller had finances through them, and needed lien release and title, they wouldn't return my calls or emails. Lost all of prom season revenue from not being able to license the vehicle, which was the point of purchasing it in the first place.

Horrible customer service by all employees. Not one person was easy to talk to.

Purchased new single axle dump truck through Avantage Funding and it was a pleasant experience.
