Ulster Savings Bank, New Paltz, NY

I opened an estate account and worked with Andrew Paino at the New Paltz branch throughout the process. He opened the account for me, helped me navigate the legal nuances of depositing over 100 US Savings Bonds, and always communicated promptly by email or phone. I am certain he devoted over 8 hours of his time to my estate account over a 10 day period. I am grateful to Andrew and USB for all their help!

I recently had a great experience at this bank. In a world were sometimes good customer service is lacking, this bank not only offers a whole range of financial services but combines it with friendliness and personal attention to each customer. Ms. Kristina Finger, the Branch Supervisor, was one such person that I had the pleasure of meeting. She answered all of my questions and concerns in an caring and professional way. My whole day went well after that experience. I would give Ulster Savings Bank 10 stars if I could.

The Assistant Manager (Melissa Gay) at the New Paltz branch is amazing in so many ways!! My mother has banked at Ulster Saving Bank for 43 years!! She is 89 years old and I’ve now had to help her with her banking. Melissa took the time and sat with me to cover many banking questions I have with this new role I’ve taken on. She was very patient, knowledgeable, empathetic and a great listener. Two thumbs up Melissa!! Ten stars in my book!

Taylor in the New Paltz Branch assisted me when I was having trouble with a subscription that I couldn't get to cancel. She was able to help me cancel my subscription so I didn't have to cancel my card. She took the time to sit with me and walk me through the process in which I am grateful! Thank you Taylor!
