I worked with Biz2Credit to apply for a PPP loan then again for loan forgiveness. As a small travel business owner, I depend fully on the public wanting to travel. On March 16, 2019, a group of 40 well divas were ready to go to Italy, of all places - the one place that we had been hearing on the news was completely shut down. Needless to say, our trip was completely shut down as well. I was grateful for my PPP loan to assist with keeping my business afloat until travel restrictions were lifted. And I'm even more grateful that my loan was just forgiven. Thank you Biz2Credit for a smooth process, great customer communication, and a happy ending. Now at this very moment, the ladies are finally in Italy. Some of them are happy to see each other again, and others are excited to meet and travel with us for the first time. There's only 10 on the trip this time, which makes for a more intimate experience so it's not a bad thing at all. We are slowly rebuilding the business and look forward to many more amazing world travel experiences together. I'm in the business of making travel dreams come true and I'm elated to be able to continue to do so.

There are a handful of online lenders I've typically had good experiences working through applications with, but not Biz2Credit. They never leave you alone no matter how many times you tell them to stop contacting you. During the application process it's usually several phone calls a day, and even after I declined their offer they still contact me several times a week. I've tried two strategies to get them to stop, 1 is just ignoring them, second is telling them to remove me from their list when they call or email but no matter what they keep spamming me. Go with literally any of the other ones before Biz2Credit

I wish I can give them a zero star. I paid off my loan with them then asked for a zero balance letter but all I've been getting is I'll call you back. Nothing has been done from their end. They really don't can't about people. I would stay far away. It's been nothing but frustration for a whole week. There are better companies to work with out there!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. At first it was hard to get ahold of someone but once I did he walked me through each step until we finalized the application. Then they reached out to me about the forgiveness application which I had forgotten to do. I had already been paying back my loan and after they helped me with my PPP forgiveness application it was approved and I no longer had to pay anything left on my loan. Do not recommend this company. I’d give zero stars if I could. They make promises that they don’t keep. They lie to get you to sign the contract and once you do forget it. You won’t get any real customer service or assistance once your funding is complete. When you call them out on the promises they made they’ll tell you too bad. Definitely avoid and go with another funder like OnDeck or Phoenix

At first the company seem interested in my business and I asked if it would be a hard inquiry, they said "no'' in writing then did a hard inquiry on my Experian. I am livid given I cant get a return call now after they were pressuring me to take a loan seeking $900 a week payment for 7 months. Yes, $900 weekly so I played cool like no thanks but I guess they're retaliating against me because no one has removed the hard inquiry despite me NOT taking out a loan with Biz2credit, so proceed with caution.

I am so grateful for the help received from Kapil and Mathew during the application process. They communicated with me continuously until I got the funding which was in my bank account within a week of applying. The process was easy and straightforward. Thank you for your help to small businesses which are unable to get conventional loans due to too much regulations and documentation that we may not have. The money helped in the purchase of much needed equipment for my business.
