I went through this community bank for my vehicle loan. I was helped by Linda who went above and beyond. She kept me well informed and was able to get me approved quickly. Highly recommend. Building is well kept and clean. Everyone I encountered was polite and friendly.

Great bank with great fast service. Aiden Niki Teresa and Erica are the best tellers in the area. I love the personal friendly service.

I have enjoyed using the Community Bank on Church Street in Newark, since they purchased it from HSBC. I am sorry to see it close and now I have to go to the next closest one.

Community bank, formerly known as Oneida Savings Bank is a great bank to do business with. This location on West Miller St in Newark is well run and clean and the staff are fast and friendly and very knowledgeable and efficient. There is a drive through if you don't want to go inside but wait times are almost non exsistant, except of course the beginning of each month.

Their ATM is never stocked. It once took possession of my card as I was doing a deposit. Branch Manager said the timer was set incorrectly. How convenient! Someone stole money from my account (bank didn't do it's job) and their solution was to make me two accounts: one for online spending, one for checking. I specifically asked if these accounts were charging any service fees to which the branch manager said no. To my surprise, BOTH accounts had a $2 service fee coming out monthly. Is that all? Nope! Went to go pay my car bill at ESL and my card wouldn't go through. Called community to find out their debit card service was down. WHAT?!?! Stay FAR AWAY from this lying branch manager and extremely poor service bank.
