I cannot say enough good things about Melissa -- she's extremely responsive, professional, personable, knowledgeable and thorough with her work; all the qualities you hope for when dealing a mortgage lender. I am thoroughly satisfied with my transaction and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Melissa. I believe it took about 2 months to close on my loan, which is quite impressive in today's day and age. Melissa's diligence definitely played a major part in ensuring a smooth and rather quick transaction, and I am grateful I got the chance to work with her. If I can give Melissa 10 stars and more I would!!!!! Every question we had, she assisted us with. Melissa is very knowledgable, kind, and super helpful. She was willing to explain at every step of the process and never made us feel bad for being confused. Melissa was available whenever we had a question or concern: weekends!! She was honest and upfront with information that we needed- understanding the closing process and having the adequate amount of funds needed. Nothing was a mystery or surprising. I recommend Melissa for any and all your needs in the loan process. Even after the process of closing- Melissa was available for any post questions we had. I literally just had a question on 01/06/23 and we closed back in September 2022; she was kind and quick with her response- as always. We did a FHA 203K Reno Loan- Melissa made navigating the process stress-free. We were given information to help make knowledgable decisions, great foresight for timeline expectations!!!

The whole team made the purchase of our new home a very easy process. The process was speedy and anytime I needed a question answered, it was answered the same day. Me and my wife found the home we want to grow old in, but if we ever needed to purchase another property, Prime lending would be the only company I would work with. They are simply amazing at helping you with all your needs.
