Every time I try to transfer money or deposit a check from another bank, the hold is like a week. This happens even when the check has cleared the other bank.
Trying to contact someone on the phone is next to impossible. Wait times at each bank branch are always long. The remote deposit feature on the mobile app isn't always responsive either.

Trying to reach someone is like trying to move a mountain. Also trying to get help on a few things never happened. Will be taking my business elsewhere.. should have never of stayed here as long as I did (14 years) . Remember people there are OTHER places out there! I only gave this place two stars because there are a few very wonderful ladies working in the front.

Well, one thing the loan rates aren't much better than a bank I won't knock the employees but interest rates for a car loan are not the best for a credit union.

I've been going to this bank/credit union since i was a kid and I've never had problems up until June of 2017 that's when money disappeared from my acct they told me that there were no records on my acct and then never helped me after that i am very unhappy with this bank/credit union and feel disgusted that they wouldn't even reimburse me for the missing money! not to mention they are rejecting my direct deposits and sending them back to the companies and I'm honestly very fed up.

Used to be good when is was oxy. Wait times are absolutely absurd. You are treated poorly by the workers needless to say my experience there today will be my last I'm going to open an account somewhere else and getting all of my money out of that place asap.

Literally NEVER answers the phone. No option to shut off companies withdrawing over the amount you have in your account so the overdraft fees are always there, just decline the purchase. Why is it rocket science?
Only thing I can say is it was pretty easy to get an auto loan but the APR having to pay back is definitely high.
Moved out of town so the only way I can get in touch is by phone but you can’t pay your loans if no one answers! lol.
Must be understaffed, should consider paying more so people will actually want to work here.

I do not recommend banking with the credit union. It is unacceptable to have to wait 33 days for a replacement card. Everything about dealing with this credit union was a complete hassle when my card was compromised. Unclear and unhelpful communication from employees who couldn't care less.

Absolutely the worst place. Walked in to make and account and they didnt take my drivers license. Wouldnt go here but with the financial system being risky.....
