I could write a book about how USER FRIENDLY Primelending is when it comes to getting a mortgage loan! Especially when you have agent Alex Masterpol going above and beyond and then beyond that helping you every step of the way!! We could have not done this without him. We had a million questions, he answered every one of them and when he did not have an answer he would call you back the same day with an answer. We had a couple of problems that could have kept us from getting a loan. Masterpol found a way to still get us approved. He is awesome!
