A real bummer that Melissa isn’t there but I still like my bank very much. If your messing with a big bank your wasting your time and money

Always pleasant, always willing to take the time to help answer questions, very helpful in speaking to you about things you can do to get the most for your money. I would rather keep my money here rather than a bank.

I was told to go to the NT office to meet the loan officer it will take 5 minutes they said , we’ll the 1st time in there I sat for 30 minutes and spoke to nobody finally the loan officer came out and took the person ahead of me and told me after her we will be going to lunch ?????? I left pretty upset , went 2 hours later because my contact person told me to ask for the manager, I stood in line 15 minutes just for the teller to say sorry we don’t have a manager at this office. WHAT? So that was 45 minutes out of my busy day wasted because I still haven’t spoke to nobody that could help me . My advice to everyone trying to visit this office is to clear the rest of your day before going there , because this is the worst customer service I’ve seen in a very long time, I won’t be returning.

Website is always down, the banking is horrible they will reorder your transaction to profit on as many overdrafts as they can I will be closing my account soon 1 more loan payment and done. They hold direct deposits and card transactions extra days.

I have been a member for this credit union for quite a few years now. I do have to say I easily prefer them over a standard bank in my community. They make completing regular transactions each time in person or by phone easy and the staff is friendly. I most recently needed assistance with obtaining a loan and worked with Anna Eodice at the NT location and I feel she went above and beyond to truly help me and not just process a request. She helped me look over my options for me to make an educated choice, answering any questions about loans and consolidation, and was in contact with me multiple times a day, even staying past hours to assure I could get the loan when I needed it. Highly recommend working with this FCU and Anna!

Went to this business in order to obtain a vehicle loan. I had already had a loan with this place in the past in which I paid my loan religiously every month.I had over a 700 credit score when I applied.......I got denied a loan......Needless to say will never deal with this place ever again........

The vibes here are excellent and the efficiency of the staff, being able to get in and out quickly is such a nice breath of fresh air!
