Love this bank never no hassle

I absolutely love Seacomm. I have told everyone I know to switch to them. However, if I had been to the Ogdensburg branch before experiencing the amazing and friendly customer service at the Canton and Malone branches, I probably wouldn't be a member today. The woman at Ogdensburg this afternoon around 4 p.m. was rude and slow. She clearly doesn't enjoy her job and takes that out on the customers.

Came here to ask for help with a notary, front desk customer service was super friendly and accommodating. Thanks Mackenzie really do appreciate it :)
