GPO Federal Credit Union, Oneida, NY

I have had very good experiences with this branch of GPO(Oneida). I mostly deal with Jeff for loans, etc but have also worked with Matthew and I recommend them both highly. Very nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. I will say there have been a couple tellers in the past who have been less than friendly or helpful- I don’t know their names or even if they’re still there but I would hope they have either adjusted their attitudes or have been relieved of their positions. But, otherwise, I think GPO is a great place to do your banking and I will continue to do so!!

Don't do business with GPO if you can help it, best advice I can ever give you.

I had occasion to have to ask for assistance with my visa debit card. I spoke with Lori? (Spelling of her name), and she was able to help me out and explain some things regarding my card I was not aware of. I felt Lori went above and beyond her duties as far as seeing that I was taken care of. This is another reason I bank with Gpo. The employees are friendly, courteous and ever willing to assist. Hats off to Lori and the Oneida branch. My friend’s puppy even enjoys coming to Gpo drive thru as it seems they always take care of him, too!😄 Thank you!
