Applied for a manufactured home loan, I more than qualified for the house an had ample money down; ended up waiting over 3 weeks for the appraiser named Ken from guilford to show when he did he was rude to the seller and myself. I tried calling my loan officer over the situation and never received a call back in timely fashion. Abysmal experience! End result I wasn't treated as a customer of the bank I was treated as a Hassle and lost the purchase of a home for my family.

Rebecca Hubbard was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and knowledgeable while being warm and kind. She is a great representative of the SFCU organization.

It's certainly my preferred credit union. Custody service can be great, and a general suggestion for all banking - make relationships with branch staff and managers, and check in with these contacts; when or if an issue arrises you are much more likely to have quick resolution ;-)
