This branch is closest to my house, I recently went here to get a new debit card and Lyndell did it completely wrong and it left me on the phone with customer service for over an hour. Always has an attitude as well. Not bashing this branch either everyone else is so patient and kind. I’m just getting lucky enough to deal with the problem every time I’m in there.

My husband and I went to Vision Federal Credit Union without any hope in obtaining a personal loan after being denied with a few other banks. John B.Luby was our representative. He told us that our debt is very high,but worked with us in many ways,and in a very short time he got us approved for what we needed. He is very knowledgeable in what he is doing, courteous, thoughtful, supportive and pleasant. Thank you so much for helping us when we mostly needed! Happy New Year,John!

Michele Hughston is probably the most patient, helpful, and persistent lady. Dealt with her for an auto loan, and let me tell you, this woman is good! Worked through all issues with poise and commitment.

I'll go out of my way to go to this branch over others nearby. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful.
