So someone sent a letter on me bout the refinance after 4 months of lost paperwork and people not doing there job. Me personally I don't think no one should get a loan from them. They might treat white people right but me as a black man . It was unsettling. No business from me

Legit has had an account with servu since 1994. Love the company. Got 3 loans through them. They're amazing!

I was a member from my teens to this incident ('99 to '15). Went in to get a loan with my wife. Her credit wasn't great but mine was (800+). Went in for two visits and thought we had it. Nope, the dealership called and asked what was going on. A week later when WE called them they informed us that they needed a note from one of my wife's paid off loans. That afternoon we spent our lunch (about 1.5 hours) at the large local Credit Union and received the loan with no fuss. It took a week to get all of our money transferred to the new bank and we closed out the account at ServU for good. The new bank is way more professional and great to deal with. The only feature of ServU I miss is the free automatic transfer between Savings and Checking.

Parking lot had quite a few vehicles so I waited a bit until it dwindled down but when I went in there wasn't a line.

Very nice place to do your banking and they are not as strict as Corning Credit Union.
