I’ve been a member for over 15 years, have both personal and business accounts here and am ALWAYS insulted when I attempt to deposit a check larger than $1,000!! As a business owner who sometimes may conduct my monthly financial business at one time the deposits may be large however I AM A BUSINESS OWNER AND HAVE BEEN MAKING THESE DEPOSITS FOR ALMOST 10yrs WITH NO ISSUES EVER!! I began doing business at the Lakeland branch as I recently moved out here and Bank Manager Kate and the male teller question my transactions EVERY TIME!!! I am very offended and insulted and plan to close my accounts and take my money elsewhere!! DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR MEMBERS!!

The ladies took care of my issue immediately. Great service, polite & friendly.

45 minutes on hold trying to payoff an auto loan. Taking my deposits elsewhere. HORRIBLE service
