Amazing team at the Peekskill Branch! Mara was absolutely the best. Not only did she open up my membership with exceptional service, she provided me with information on how to apply for a great college scholarship the credit union offers. I am definitely glad I came to this branch!

Great Customer service our representative Shain was super helpful and explained everything to me and my wife, she also answered all the questions we had making us feel more like family then just a bank customer, they also have a lot to offer wether you need a loan or trying to build your credit. Definitely recommend all who think about opening an account or needing a loan to use Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union over the bigger banks.

5 stars isn’t enough. Not only was the staff super friendly, they were so fast and efficient. With the help of Roger, Alberto and Mara, they were able to get me in and out, while saving my chaotic and stressful day and simplified my week as well! The Peekskill location is going to be my home branch from now on!

Alberto is Fantastic! His professionalism and customer service skills are excellent. Any problem or concern I had or have with my account gets handled fast and efficiently. This is the best bank I have ever banked with, not only does he answer all questions with care when inquiring but he also gave my kid a goodie bag to keep her occupied while opening the accounts. Rachel Cook and her staff at the Red Hook Branch are amazing. The professionalism and the customer services is over the top. I never have to worry about my accounts. everyone is so attentive they all deserve a raise and award for best Branch. MHVFCU should use this branch to train new oncoming employees.
