I live right in the area and every single time I come here nothing ever works. ATM, coin machine. Not sure why I even bother with this one anymore.

Went to get change for my business at the Pleasant Valley branch and was told I need an appointment. Place was empty with 8 employees just talking. I will be closing my business account. Want an excellent local bank with great customer service, go to Ulster Savings...

Quality of service, efficient service. Staff always helpful and so very courteous consistently! Love this credit union and all the staff.

Went to withdraw money at the Adams ATM. Nothing came out of the ATM, but the receipt said we took out $500. There is no number on the ATM to call in the event of an emergency now I have to wait 2 1/2 hours till place opens up and take a morning off from work lose a days pay to go to the branch to figure out what happened.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! I opened a checking account and I did it with Dorina and she was amazing! All the staff their are nice people and I will continue to go to the pleasant valley branch for the years to come!!
