I just enrolled with MHV and had a great experience doing so! Monika Simpson helped set me up and I strongly recommend requesting her with any of your needs. She is friendly, quick and professional. Monika mentioned that she was dealing with a new system, but it didn’t slow her down or raise any issues. Thank you for a wonderful banking experience.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this is really bad. Yesterday, I went in to get a new debit card because mine was compromised the day before. I haven’t had access to my money for two days, today will be the third day. They give me a new card in one of those little white sleeves and I never took it out and looked at it because she said I had to wait 24 hours to activate it. So here I am the next day, I pull out the card And I don’t know who Maxine Patrick-Thompson is but they put her name on my card. How could this possibly happen when the bank employee had my picture ID right in front of her. I’ve had multiple issues with this bank, but this one was the straw that broke the camels back. The incompetence is real. Update… my pin was reset and I can’t use the card anywhere. This is the only bank I’ve ever been to where they don’t Have you reset your pin when you pick up a card. When this initially happened, she reset my pin! When I got the new card I was not asked to reset the pin. I’ve been declining everywhere and I couldn’t figure out why. What a dumpster fire! 1/16/2023 update… tried to deposit a check yesterday and it bounced back. Mobile app on except it again this morning. Went to the bank to deposit it through the ATM both the ATM and the 24 seven teller or not in operate condition.

Monika was the person who helped me get my first personal loan over 10 years ago at, then, Bridgeway. It’s only right that when I started my first business, guess who opened my business account? She’s been nothing but understanding and always willing to help in any way. To say she is incredible is an understatement. Thank you for all that you do!
