I was shopping for a loan officer who must be caring and knowledgeable, and my accountant recommended Mr. Yeung. Our initial analytical meeting was very helpful and crucial. Czar patiently and informatively explained to me all my options and feasible tactics. He asked what my concerns were and he answered all the questions i had. He prepared a detailed list of what documentation I needed to gather, and he explained what each and everyone of them meant and why they were needed. He was very organized and thorough. Most importantly, the whole process was completed much sooner than I had expected! I was so pleased to be able to move into my house a month before my kids started new school in the fall! I knew he worked around the clock to facilitate my application. I really appreciated him. If I can get more stars to Johnny Tsu (Tsin Zee Tsu), I will. He's very patient, professional, walk me thru every step of the process, simplize all the complications , even helped me negotiate with seller's agent and attorney for issues, He goes far above and beyond the average mortgage banker. and last but not least he gets me the lowest interest rate!! I will definitely recommend him!!!

Johnny Tsu approved my loan within 30 days and closed on the 40th day! Unbelievable I couldn’t believe it. Rate is so cheap best thing is i didn’t have to go do anything he made it so easy for me. Definitely will come back for my next house!
