Patrick Boatey, business banker, was very helpful in helping my family secure a home equity loan. I was approved quickly. The only thing that could be improved, the underwriters should make up a punch list of every necessary document right from the beginning to avoid the banker reaching out to you for another document. Otherwise, Patrick was great to work with.
