NBT Bank, Richland, NY

I always am treated with respect. I have never had a problem that wasn't corrected right away. I have been with this bank since it was opened in Pulaski NY. They employees of the bank have pride in what they do and always give me their attention when it is my turn.

They are always friendly. Sometimes a little under staffed. I would love it if they were open longer on Saturday and Sunday.

The staff is always super kind and helpful and has even recovered financial losses for me when I have made oopsies.

Nice staff in branch but I was just charged 81 dollars in late fees for a car loan that I still have not received a payment bill in the mail. Not the banks problem just pay me. I have to drive an hour to pay this loan 3rd time. Still no resolution on my mail or any info other than an account and figure it out yourself. Horrible bank spoken with collections no help spoke to the bank no help.

everytime I try to make a deposit through the ATM, the deposit function is never working. Or like tonight the ATM itself is not working.
