Everytime walking into this local banking establishment I get treated like family. They have been so helpful on so many occasions. From starting new savings accounts, ordering checks, net-teller issues, to personal loans and refinancing details. They will inform you of everything you will need to help along the process. They have even helped on applications, where I was unsure exactly what information they needed. If you have a question, don't be shy, ask. They are and always have been so helpful, and are willing to go above and beyond. On many occasions, we would just stop in to say hi and grab a lollipop, which they have two baskets at the counter. Always have gotten service with a smile, and treated like family. That's why the Bank of Richmondville is the bank for me. Thank you everyone for all you do on a daily basis. You always exceed my expectations on my banking needs.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. . They wanted me to wait 2 weeks for a proof of funds letter, so I could make an offer on a house.. Don't waste your time or money here. . Go to a real bank..
