SUPER SHADY COMPANY. Do not trust them with your clients ever. They will poach your people and commit loan fraud to get people qualified. They recently convinced a borrower to go non owner to get around having a mortgage license in Colorado when the borrower was not buying an investment property. I wouldnt go near these guys they are bad news.
