Staff worked with me and Money was in my Account the following day helping me pay off Credit Cards.

The process was easy....Brent was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process....I would have no problem using OneMain Financial again....I was very pleased.

I heard Samantha was the best person to get if you go through this company. I needed a cosigner for my loan. I tried my mom first since her car is only a year old but they wanted her to refinance her loan through them. So I decided to use my grandmother since she's used them before. She has left multiple messages for Samantha with no return call. So I called myself and was told by her that she didn't get any of the messages. She then told me she would call my grandmother after she closed a loan. Still waiting on that call meanwhile my grandmother has called again and left messages for her. I thought she was the "best" per a recommendation. The least she could do is return the call.

Whilst everyone is having such a great experience I'm not. I was told I would get a call right back I've been waiting for 3 days, called again was told my application was not even looked at when they said it would be the same day that I applied here it is now day 4 and still haven't recieved a call back about my application. Do I feel like I'm being treated fairly? Absolutely not!

About 4 years ago as a fresh entrepreneur I built a beautiful business plan and brought it to my bank. I was denied quick with a 720 credit score. I found One Main after researching places to get loans. I was able to get a loan for my equipment to start up my bakery. In those 4 years I was able to move my business and expand. I'm not joking when I say I couldn't have done it without One Main. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always easy to work with. I will be forever grateful that they were able to help me build my dream!

I have used the services of One Main previously and have always been satisfied extremely well. This time was no different. The staff, especially Linda, treated me like an old friend, worked swiftly and were able to help me out in less than an hour.

Just had to hangup on a representative because their communication was so abrupt and rude. I had filled out a form online for a loan to see available rates, it had someone call me. They proceeded to want to do a 3 minute qualification survey which is fine but when asking questions I was currently looking up information on they kept cutting me off? Going elsewhere.

No one ever answers the phone, there are only certain people who actually care about your loan request and application and they do not offer any additional help. Oh, and they never return your calls
