Chris Lake at Premium Mortgage was absolutely outstanding!! He made sure we understood everything and was excellent at communicating with us throughout the process to keep us updated on how everything was going. He is 100% professional and friendly! They made sure that we hit our target date for closing on our house and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to get us through this tedious process. If I ever plan to finance anything in the future I will definitely use Premium again!

We were in a very dangerous household and were manipulated, not accommodated, and treated as lesser than human because we were young. we received practically threats saying that if we didn’t turn in certain documents we wouldn’t be able to leave our situation, when they knew how bad it was AND we already had sent them everything they needed. they refused to take accountability and still blamed us when they were in the wrong, Tammy in particular!! they lengthened the process and put our lives at risk because they didn’t know how to do their job. there was absolutely no sympathy from these people. they were also very unprofessional when it comes to making money from freelance work instead of a 9-5, we were treated as if we were drug dealers because we didn’t have certain statements that they needed. are we in the 1950’s? they were horrible with communication, accountability, and empathy. we felt so alone and used. not to mention the bank appraised the house for WAY more than it’s worth and we had to put over $5000 in fixes into it just to be able to sleep and flush toilets. we were scammed and tossed aside. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I went with Premium Mortgage after talking to numerous sellers agents who assured me that by using Premium I had a competitive advantage in landing a house. That proved to be true with my house. I also like the fact that they will waive certain fees if I choose to refinance for up to 24 months in the future. Thanks Premium! Richard F
