Horrible service and very rude. Won't recommend to anyone at all. If your going to be miserable to your customers then don't bother working there. Never going back there again.

Only been in this location twice. Both times staff were rude and miserable. Both times I made large withdrawals and gave only my account number, they didn’t ask for any identifying information or even confirm the name.

I'm switching banks this bank keeps on locking out my bank card. This keep on happing..I can't even shop .

I've been an Access customer for almost 15 years. I've never had an issue with them. Their customer service has alwaus been great, and I just got a really good rate when I recently refinanced a truck. No complaints really. It's a local bank. Their website and app aren't as fancy some of your internet based banks, but they have improved quite a bit over the years. More than anything, it's just nice to have a relationship with a local bank to help with money stuff, even if you use one of the bigger banks for your day to day activities. I guess that's about it. Oh, I guess maybe pointing out that this isn't totally the safest neighborhood in town might be relevant. It's not the worst, but it's on the border in an odd neighborhood. The old location down the street had been robbed years ago. They're basically on the opposite side of the block now. It's not a big deal, but maybe pay attention to your surroundings if you hit this ATM, particularly late at night. The layout of the property forms kind of a cove I guess? It feels not quite as safe as some of the other locations might be. Just pay attention, it's probably fine. 🤷‍♂️

Branch manager David B. Heburn in my experience completely rude and dismissive when asked questions.. very unprofessional. Gave me his personal number to help me open up my checking account but when I had questions about it he became very rude and sarcastic and ultimately hung up in my face.! Wouldn’t recommend anyone bank here! Also very hard to find their bank in other locations other than Rome NY and Oneida NY. 👎🏼👎🏼 Side note : Also just gives out my account information without verification to anyone that calls.!
