Anna Smith and her team at Flagstar are extremely impatient, rude, arrogant, and patronizing. They refuse to take the time to answer questions, walk you through their process, or even let you speak. It’s all about bulldozing you into “closing the deal”. At one point, Anna Smith actually said "I don't have time to waste on your questions." Anna Smith and Anne Urban remind us of the two “frat bros” mortgage brokers Mark Baum meets in Florida in the movie The Big Short. They’ve lost our business forever and we recommend everyone also do not work with them. There are plenty of excellent brokers in the area to work with and you should choose another team.
