I’ve been please with my local Ulster Savings branch yet was surprised to find Jean working when I went in yesterday (Saturday) since I thought she was one of the more senior staff. She is always friendly, efficient, and a valuable member of your team.

Great service! Jenna was so helpful today! Answered all of my questions, accomplished what I needed done, and was an absolute delight throughout the whole process. Thanks for making banking a breeze.

After the recent electrical outage in Ulster County, Jean at the Saugerties branch helped me untangle a banking problem that resulted from a utility bill. She took the time to really explain and get the problem corrected. The outage had been very stressful and difficult, but this Ulster employee made the aftermath much more manageable for me. I am very grateful for her assistance.
