These people are crooks, can’t even pay off a loan early without they coming up with excuses to add penalties. These guys are just as bad as payday loan lenders!! Attempted to pay off my 10k loan early, after 3 failed attempts due to negligence on their part, they finally got the right account to withdraw the money but not before adding $300 In penalties because of THEIR MISTAKES, not to mention the 3 weeks of bank penalties for them charging the wrong account. This group took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS!!! Just kept blaming each week’s mistake on the last person I talked to.
