Regina Check Cashing, Schenectady, NY

Zero customer service. This location is the worst in Schenectady. Staff have no idea what they’re doing, can’t cash checks with even the most minor issue, and if you signed it before going just forget it altogether. It’s funny, because whenever I had an issue at this location I went down the one at 315 State St. and was able to cash the same checks no questions asked. Good luck getting anything done here, save yourself some frustration and just go to the location right down the street.

Ghetto employees no professionalism , one worker specifically refused to cash my check cause I signed it prior to coming in. They don’t treat white customers this way and Timothy would’ve gotten properly serviced. Absolutely horrendous and disgusting treatment as a tax payer of this country.I never knew it was a crime to sign YOUR OWN check. Please seek new employees, this is a horrible look. It’s 2022 we must do better !!!

Quick and convenient place for cashing checks. They do offer other services. Their fees are fair. Store is clean and located along the bus line. Plenty of parking. If you don't have a bank I would recommend stop by Regina's to cash your check. They do provide other services which is a plus. Customer service is standard.

Easy way to cash a check wto having to use a bank.

Rude service incompetent employees, I was stuck out here with no money in hopes to cash my paycheck I drove man hour to this location because it's the only one around anyway tried 5o cash my paycheck(Which is a regular old paycheck from a company based in Long island NY) lady tells me she cant cash any out of state checks I tell her it clearly says NY on the check she then proceeds to say oh well it's not in the system but never entered the check into the computer to see on top of all that people in this town are just horrible
