For me Trustco Bank at Crane Street is the best place to do my banking. For the wonderful customer service they have, Especially the Manager Steve Lalloo and Teller Samantha. Steve always go beyond and above to assist me in all my banking needs. They are very professional and I appreciate the attention, courtesy and good manners they show everytime I’m in the bank. I feel very comfortable because they make me feel my business is in good hand.

We had such a nice experience with Steve Lalloo who was our personal banker. He helped us open our bank accounts and answer a lot of questions, extremely professional and very polite. Highly recommend this location for all your banking needs.
