Disclaimer: I do not give super positive reviews liberally. I had a rather unique situation -- non-resident, visa, first-time homeowner, relocating across the country, starting a new job, ... -- and Jeff still got me my mortgage in time for closing. The overall experience was nothing short of painful, but that was not on Jeff or his great team (in particular, Christine Neville and Lanette Kleiss); they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order to ensure I got the house we wanted and in time for our move. I would recommend Jeff and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage.

I was extremely nervous about getting this done in time, especially being a first time home buyer. David got me to close within the 50 days with no problems. He was on top of everything & made the mortgage process go so smoothly. The underwriting team at Embrace was absolutely wonderful as well, they were able to get me cleared & ready to close well before the 50 day deadline.
