Frank Valentino,Tom Clifford was excellent. As a Second time home buyer, he walked me through the mortgage application process from start to finish. Frank,Tom is extremely responsive and was always available to answer any of our questions. He went out into the marketplace and secured a mortgage for us with an incredible interest rate The process to provide all the necessary documents for the loan process was made extremely easy, which helps keep the application moving along. After we closed, Frank, Tom called to check-in. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Love u guys thank u so much

Frank Valentino is, without a doubt, one of the best in the business! He helped my dad and I with our refinance. He is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and kind! Hello, everyone Let me start off by saying thank you to HomeReliance Capital, for taking a chance on me. After reaching out to several other lenders some of which were considered to be amongst the most popular lenders in the business didn’t give me a chance, or even the time of day. Especialy when the information I provided stated that I was on the unemployment pandemic leave. They simply weren’t interested. After being turned down 5 times, from other lenders. HomeReliance Capital, was the 6th and final lender I, decided to contact via the positive reviews and recommendation from the my realtor. That’s when I met Daniel Hughes, who made my experience seem-less. Daniel, took the opportunity to listen, and review my history so he and home reliance capital could best access what they could do and or offer me. Daniel, worked closely with me explaing the process, as I provided information upon request over several months that would ultimately qualify me for a loan. I truly appreciated the fact that home reliance took in consideration the reason I was on the pandemic unemployment leave and didn’t hold that against me. While I was still along ways from the finish line I met Thomas and Jake Clifford, who played a major role in helping me become a first time home owner. HRC is an absolute pleasure to work with. Looking for a home can be a stressful process and it requires working with a lender that understands the housing market and your best options as a buyer. Me and my wife were first time homeowners and we tried the traditional approach of trying to get a home loan from our bank. We learned pretty quickly that sometimes working with loan officers from Banks is not the best option due to their inexperience in Mortgage lending. This is not the first house Ive purchased so I expected another long arduous processes but Frank made it as easy as possible. I appreciated the fact that he was responded quickly and would follow up after hours. Sometimes a phone call at 7 or 8pm was the only time I could manage and he would answer. He reassured me a couple of days before closing when something unexpected came up and work quick to resolve the issue. I had a great experience and would recommend him again.
