I wanted to share my praises of Peter Cirillo. Peter helped me (a first time home buyer) navigate a very rocky CO-OP purchase. I was ignorant to how complicated a CO-OP could be to work with and he was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient with me and my countless questions through the long 4 month process. I felt that amongst all the professionals I worked with during this deal, Peter was the only one I could truly count on to look out for me and guide me. Peter was constantly answering questions or giving me step by step process information that really should have been the responsibility of my agent, lawyer, etc. But he always stepped up and helped me. I cant stress enough how wonderful and important it was to have his guidance.
